Before attempting to access your account online, you will need specific instructions from an account representative. Please contact your designated FairPoint representative directly, or call 1.866.984.3001 if you are a small business customer.


  If you are already an existing FairPoint customer and/or you have  a username/password from your previous online account with Verizon you may need to contact us before signing on for the first time.

Existing customers WITH a previous online services account: Your username to access your account is the same, but to protect your privacy, we have reset your password. Please contact us to obtain your password, afterward you can access your online account.

Existing customers WITHOUT a previous online services account: In order to make sure that your online account is tied to your past account information, please contact us to create your username and password so can then access your new online account.
